Never enough time . . .

Well, I still haven't got the pictures of the yard posted. There is never enough time in the day to do it. It is already 10:19 p.m. and I should be in bed. This is the first time I have even been able to be on our computer in two days. Cody has been working on a project for English. He spent a lot of time and did a very good job. It was a booklet on the solar system and had to be designed for a third grader to understand. He did it on power point and I was very impressed by the way he designed the pages. Hopefully he will get a good grade on it.

Sunday was supposed to be my stay at home and catch up day. Didn't work out like that. Everything was going according to that plan until Kerri called and said "It's a BEACH DAY!!! Do you wanna go?" So we ditched the laundry and catch-up plans, loaded the Yukon and went to the beach. We had a great time. It was in the 80's but breezy so I didn't want to get in the water. Too chilly after. Actually, Dan was the only adult to get in. He played in the waves with all the boys for quite awhile. Shawn played catch with the football and baseball with all the boys, he didn't want to get in the water either. Since it was a last minute, hurry and get stuff in the car so we can go thing, I didn't even think about the camera until we were about half way there.

We got home around 6 p.m. I started dinner, Cody started his project, Shawn watered the bushes and trees and Wyatt hung out with the neighbors so he could play with the baby. It was a nice, relaxing evening.

Now it's Monday night and I am late getting to bed. I will be paying for it tomorrow. Have a great night ya'll!
